A lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, Brett Bajon attended Catholic High, then went on to Louisiana State University where he graduated with a double major in international studies and French. Upon graduating from LSU he went on to work as an independent Professional Landman. He has worked on various different types of projects including doing oil and gas title, mineral research and abstracts, lease negotiations and acquisitions, as well as pipeline right-of-way projects. After working in the oil and gas industry for several years he decided to go back to school. Brett attended law school at Southern University Law Center and was admitted to practice law in the State of Louisiana in 2016.

When admitted to the bar, he set out to gain experience in several difference areas of law, including holding the position of General Council and Director of Human Resources for a large company. For the last three (3) years he has been litigating cases in the fields of criminal law, personal injury, family law, breach of contract, etc. In March of 2021, he joined the Fondren Blaize family.

Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife, Michelle, and two boys, Lincoln and Lawson. Brett bleeds purple and gold, as a strong supporter and attendee of LSU football and baseball games. His other favorite past times include playing golf, playing guitar and piano, cooking, and spending time with his friends and family. Being fluent in French, Brett uses this in his professional live translating old French documents. Organizations Brett is active with include the Baton Rouge Bar Association and Belly Up with the Bar, (as chairman) in 2019.
